Structure
How equity participation works
As a Class A equity investor, you acquire a continuing economic interest in See Me for the life of the project.
Class A investors recoup at the same priority, or pari passu, and pro rata to their respective investment amounts. From available revenues, investors first receive repayment of 100% of their invested principal plus a 20% premium.
After these amounts and all prior-ranking obligations in the revenue waterfall have been paid, the film's net profits are divided equally between the investor pool and the producer pool. Each Class A investor participates in the investor pool pro rata, based on their percentage of the film's total Class A equity financing.
